Hi, I'm Maria, the Mars Bar loving multilingual martian! People tend to call me by different nicknames: Marr, Marmar, Marsbar, Mazza, Maz, Marmadillo and anything where the first syllable is "ma" or "mar". Take your pick.
My pronouns are she/they. I'm a 20-year-old nonbinary intersectional feminist (oh no labels!) and agony aunt to many of my friends. I love languages and am currently studying German, Japanese and Dutch. I still speak French quite well and I used to study Chinese, Spanish and Latin. I have more interests than time to pursue all of them.

It's been months since I've actually done anything noteworthy on here. I'm going to try to keep this short and sweet.
Since my last journal last September (yep, it's been that long!) I've made many new friends, completed my AS-levels and survived my first year at sixth form. Now it's summer, I'm waiting for my results and I'm taking steps toward going to university. Scary!

Heeeey, it's been aaaaaages since I've submitted anything on here. I've been busy, erm, fangirling, and generally being lazy. I've just been lurking here from time to time favouriting the odd deviation that I happen to quite like. As for returning llamas, I am still returning llamas but my work is a tad more important and time-consuming than it was last year.
I had a great summer and went on holiday to Florida with my family. We went to SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Aquatica, Discovery Cove and Universal Studios. Not everything went to plan but we made the best out of it! The best thing was the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and in my opinion, F

Sooo, I had my last full day of school as a year eleven today :C
My exams start next week, in fact, on Monday - that will be the start of my thirty exams! :|
NOT LOOKING FORWARD TO IT. Can't believe that five years ago I was in year six wondering what it will be like in secondary school... well now I know!
